They are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new client acquisition and build long-term partnerships. This is a fully remote, phone-based, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact Care Homes, Nursing Homes, and other healthcare providers to introduce staffing solutions.
- Make cold calls, follow-up calls, and send targeted email campaigns to generate new business.
- Communicate service value and key USPs clearly.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and management teams.
- Record all activity and leads in HubSpot CRM.
- Use a VoIP dialer for high-volume outbound calling.
- Book meetings and presentations for senior leadership.
- Support the Head of Business Development with pricing and contract discussions.
- Nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or homecare business development (preferred).
- Proven B2B sales, cold calling, or lead generation experience.
