About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Driver to join our team based in Fradley. This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment, combined with occasional delivery duties to local depots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and preparing stock for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading goods, including larger and heavier items
  • Moving stock safely around the warehouse
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties to support operations
  • Carrying out occasional deliveries to company depots
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely

Requirements

  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy or bulky items
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
  • Must be aged 25 or over (for insurance purposes)
  • Good timekeeping and reliability
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
