Working Days: Monday to Thursday

Shift Pattern:

  • Days: 06:00 – 16:00
  • Monday to Thursday

Please note that a degree of flexibility is required, as additional shifts on Fridays and Saturdays may be available to meet business requirements.

The Role

We are currently recruiting Machine Operators / Warehouse Operatives for a manufacturing facility in Rowley Regis. The role involves operating production machinery, feeding machines with powdered materials, pressing tablets, and unloading and packing finished products. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feeding production machinery with powdered materials
  • Operating and monitoring production equipment
  • Pressing tablets as part of the manufacturing process
  • Unloading finished products from machinery
  • Packing finished goods ready for dispatch
  • Labelling, boxing, and sample checking
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Following all health and safety procedures

Experience Required

Applicants with previous experience in any of the following industries will be particularly suited to this role:

  • Pet Food Manufacturing
  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
  • Food Production

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred.
