Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 17:00

We are currently recruiting for a Press Punch Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Hixon. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or engineering experience who are looking for a long weekend every week with a permanent Monday to Thursday shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating press punch machinery safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Reading and following work instructions and drawings
  • Conducting basic quality checks on finished products
  • Ensuring production targets are met
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Reporting any machine faults or quality issues

Requirements

  • Previous press punch, press brake, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
