Tester (Assemby)Location: Hixon, Staffordshire - 4-Day Working WeekJob OverviewWe are looking to recruit a Tester to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Hixon.The role will involve testing finished products and assemblies, carrying out quality checks and identifying any faults before products are released.This would be a great opportunity for someone with previous testing, electrical, electronics, assembly or manufacturing experience who has a good eye for detail and enjoys fault finding.Key Responsibilities of a TesterTesting products and assembled componentsCarrying out quality and functionality checksIdentifying and diagnosing faultsWorking from technical drawings and specificationsUsing testing equipment and hand toolsRecording test results and reporting any issuesRequirements for a TesterPrevious testing, manufacturing or assembly experienceAbility to read and understand technical drawingsAn electrical or electronics background would be advantageousPrevious fault-finding experience would be beneficialGood attention to detailsPay & Working Hours for a tester£14.23 per hour38 hours per weekMonday to Thursday6:30am - 4:30pmSome flexibility with working hours4-day working weekFriday, Saturday and Sunday off
