Our client is looking to hire an experienced and forward‑thinking Director of Global Talent Acquisition to lead their worldwide recruitment function. This strategic leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing talent acquisition strategies that meet current and future workforce needs across multiple regions. The position requires a leader who can build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, drive operational excellence, and foster a high‑performing, collaborative team culture. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and long‑term workforce plans.
- Lead, mentor and support a geographically dispersed talent acquisition team to deliver high‑quality recruitment outcomes.
- Oversee global sourcing activities, leveraging a range of channels to attract diverse and highly qualified talent.
- Establish and implement robust candidate assessment and interview methodologies to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Drive continuous optimisation of the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, consistency and compliance with relevant labour regulations.
- Support the design and global rollout of a new applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Use data, analytics and recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and inform decision‑making.
- Stay current with recruitment technologies and industry trends, implementing tools and best practices to enhance the hiring experience.

- Full understanding of the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, selection and onboarding.
- Skilled in analysing talent market data, salary benchmarks and competitive insights.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (ideally Workday Recruiting) and recruitment technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while leading teams across cultures, time zones and regions.
