Our client is a nationally recognised developer with a group turnover of £1bn+. They undertake high-volume traditional housing and high-rise apartments for the high-end of the private market. The need now exists for an experienced Construction Director to take charge of £250m+ works. The position will be based out of their office in East London.

The ideal candidate would have a stable work history, gained with a recognised main contractor or developer. Our client is seeking a Construction Director with strong planning and pre-construction skills, experience of liaising with clients' architects and subcontractors, and knowledge of current building regulations.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £150k - £170k plus a full package and bonus system.
