MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
This key operational role combines event management and team leadership, ensuring the safe, professional, and exciting delivery of race events while acting as a Duty Manager on shift. You will be responsible for managing the team, enforcing safety standards, and creating unforgettable experiences for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Run thrilling, safe, and high-quality race events
- Act as Duty Manager across Front of House & Track
- Deliver engaging and confident safety briefings
- Enforce race rules and driver standards professionally
