I am currently recruiting for a Director (Building Surveying) to work for one of the UKs most highly regarded real estate organisations in the UK. This role will be based in Cardiff, but can be performed on a hybrid basis. Salary up to £110,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
The organisation has a fantastic heritage having been established for a very long time and are recognised as leaders within their field. They are deemed the experts at what they do and have an unrivalled reputation in the market. They work on some of the most complex and prestigious projects within the UK.
In this role as a Director (Building Surveying), you will be responsible for leading the office and overseeing day to day operations, ensuring tasks are delivered effectively, operations are scaled appropriately, and the company is well positioned on major developments. This is also a hands‐on position, requiring you to undertake Building Surveying duties and manage your own projects across significant developments, alongside the traditional business development activities which will in turn drive profitability for your office.
- Chartered Building Surveyor / MRICS or FRICS
- Worked as a Director (Building Surveying), Head of Office, Partner, or similar
- Experience working within a Consultancy
- Worked in Industrial, Commercial, or Office environments
