With ambitious growth plans and a commitment to operational excellence, they are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead their dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As the Operations Director, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the gyms.
This individual will lead a team of regional managers and general managers, driving operational standards and compliance while managing budgets and enhancing profitability.
This is an all-rounder role that requires a deep understanding of people, products, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across all sites, ensuring exceptional service, cleanliness, and member experience.
Lead and support site managers, ensuring adequate staffing, training, and performance standards.
Drive operational standards and compliance with health & safety regulations, maintenance schedules, and industry standards.
Manage budgets and operational efficiency, controlling costs and improving profitability.
Implement growth and expansion plans, overseeing new club openings and refurbishments.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong operational background with experience in multi-site management.
Proactive leadership style, ideally with a military background.
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Working Hours:
Predominantly Monday to Friday
