Overview: Shape Birmingham's skyline by leading iconic high-rise projects as a Project Director for our UK Construction team.
Who We’re Seeking
- Experience: 15+ years with national contractors on complex high-rise projects.
- Expertise: Mastery of BIM, construction techniques, UK building regulations; proven financial acumen and risk management. Familiarity with CVRs, PEP, and CDM/PSCS protocols.
- Qualifications: Industry-related management degree; professional membership (MCIOB/CEng MICE preferred); IOSH for Directors, S5/Q10 workshop certification.
Your Mission
- Own end-to-end delivery of major contracts (£60m+), driving commercial success while championing safety and innovation.
- Lead tender teams (Estimators, QS, Consultants) to secure competitive bids.
- Craft winning strategies: programmes, method statements, and HSE plans.
- Command on-site execution: oversee logistics, subcontractor progress, and cost control.
- Champion zero-harm culture: embed safety, quality, and environmental excellence.
- Forge key relationships: protect clients’ interests while nurturing client partnerships.
