Robert Walters is working in partnership with a global technology business; they specialise in helping global enterprise sized businesses to improve the efficiency and accuracy of their processes by analysing data and identifying opportunities for cost optimization. Through advanced tools and technology, they provide valuable insights that enable better oversight and streamlined operations for their clients.
Due to continued growth and acquisitions, they are keen to appoint an IT Director to be based out of the Birmingham office on a Hybrid model, paying a salary range up to £80,000 plus car allowance and bonus.
As an experienced IT Director, you will be hands-on and provide leadership to build, influence and modernise systems. Transforming the IT function from the ground up, taking lead of the development teams whilst leading strategy.
IT Director: Duties- Build structure & process - create develop workflows, framework, technical process
- Create and drive an app upgrade programme - create technical roadmap to modernise self-built apps
- Implement KPIs, reporting and dashboards
- Align IT strategy with group
- Team leadership
- Strong SQL knowledge and understand technical architecture
- Lead with SQL and support custom built applications
- Have led technical teams (developers ideally)
