We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Team Leader designate with the potential to advance to the role of Canvass Manager. This opportunity has arisen due to the retirement of our long-serving Canvassing Manager. We have immediate starts available in Yorkshire, North Derbyshire, and Greater Manchester areas.
As a Charity Fundraiser, you will showcase your passion for local charities and good causes. You will need to have the ability to work on your own as well as in a team, with a desire to make a difference being essential. You must be keen to recruit, train, and develop team members to become industry leaders able to motivate and manage their own fundraising teams.
About the role:
- Previous door-to-door or Direct Fundraising experience
- Have a track record in leading and motivating teams
- Have a passion for our charities
- Take ownership for your area
- Train new marketing executives (Door-to-Door Canvassers)
- Update and refine sales pitches and procedures
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to validate updated sales scripts
- Assist in the recruitment of new marketing executives
