This role is built for proven sales professionals. If you’re an experienced B2B sales professional who understands pipeline management, margin control, and long-term client value, this role offers autonomy and earning potential that truly reflects your skill. We are a growing commercial & industrial electrical contractor with strong delivery teams, reliable estimating, and repeat clients. We now want a serious sales professional to take ownership of the Midlands territory.
What You’ll Be Selling
- High-value commercial and industrial electrical installation projects, including:
- Commercial fit-outs and refurbishments
- Industrial and manufacturing electrical works
- Power distribution and infrastructure upgrades
Typical project values range from £50k to £500k, with repeat work opportunities.
Earnings & Commission
- 2.5% uncapped commission on gross project value
- Commission paid on contracted project value
- Draw against commission or low base commission available (experience-dependent)
- No cap on earnings
Performance Expectations (KPIs & Targets)
- Maintain a qualified pipeline of £750k–£1m
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Focus on commercial and industrial B2B clients only
- Ensure opportunities are accurately scoped and margin-approved
- Maintain CRM updates and professional client follow-up
You will have full estimating and operational support — your job is to win the right work.

- Proven B2B sales experience (construction, electrical, M&E, FM, or industrial services)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Confident dealing with commercial decision-makers

- Experience selling project-based or technical services
