Production Manager – FMCG – Yorkshire We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead a production shift within an automated FMCG manufacturing environment, ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of the operation. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of the shift and be accountable for production, people, health & safety and quality. This is a people-focused role, where strong leadership is just as important as strong process knowledge. You’ll be an influential leader who can coach, develop and motivate your team, while also being confident identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and operational performance. To be considered, you’ll need strong Production Management experience within FMCG, alongside the drive and credibility to hit the ground running. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, gets stuck in and enjoys being close to the operation and their people.
