What You\'ll Be Doing
Giving every customer a great experience, from the first call to when they drive off
Explaining what\'s going on with their car in a way that makes sense to them
Keeping the team in sync, customers, technicians, parts, the lot
Helping to deliver a high-quality experience that builds loyalty and keeps customers coming back
Talking to customers about our Service Plans, showing them how they can save money and stay on top of their car costs. With around 20 customers a day, that\'s 20 opportunities to make a difference and earn commission on every plan sold

Proven customer service experience, whether it\'s from hospitality, retail, or the motor trade, if you know how to look after people, we want to hear from you
