What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Giving every customer a great experience, from the first call to when they drive off

  • Explaining what\'s going on with their car in a way that makes sense to them

  • Keeping the team in sync, customers, technicians, parts, the lot

  • Helping to deliver a high-quality experience that builds loyalty and keeps customers coming back

  • Talking to customers about our Service Plans, showing them how they can save money and stay on top of their car costs. With around 20 customers a day, that\'s 20 opportunities to make a difference and earn commission on every plan sold
