They are now seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to take ownership of key strategic accounts and deliver measurable performance improvements. This role is ideal for an experienced BMS or building services engineering professional looking to step into a client-facing leadership position.

The Role: As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of major customer accounts from onboarding through to renewal and growth. You will ensure clients maximise value from the platform while driving continuous optimisation of HVAC and building control systems.

  • Leading sales-to-operations handovers and overseeing smooth implementation
  • Delivering client training and embedding the platform into operational workflows
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of HVAC, metering and BMS systems
  • Producing performance reports with clear, actionable insights
  • Acting as the primary liaison between clients, site teams and internal engineers
  • Identifying opportunities to expand and grow existing contracts

About You: The ideal Senior Technical Account Manager will bring:

  • Experience in technical account management or senior building services engineering roles
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and BMS platforms (e.g. Trend, Niagara)
