Renowned for our technical expertise and exceptional service, we\’re now looking for a Security Service & Installation Engineer to join our growing team and help us raise the bar even higher.
The Role
This isn\’t your average engineer job. As a key member of our team, you\’ll be out in the field, working on exciting commercial projects—servicing and installing state-of-the-art security systems. You\’ll be the go-to engineer in the Leeds/Yorkshire area, supported by a junior technician who you\’ll help guide and mentor.

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Install, service, and maintain CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
- Act as a mentor to a junior engineer—pass on your expertise and develop leadership skills
- Ensure all systems meet industry regulations and company standards
- Deliver exceptional service to clients with a professional and personable approach
- Collaborate with a supportive team, but also thrive when working independently
- Communicate clearly and confidently—both face-to-face and in reports
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience installing and servicing security systems
- Strong team player with great communication skills
- Confident working independently and leading by example
- Bonus: experience with wireless systems
- Must have: Full UK driving licence
