We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent, mobile position covering Bristol and surrounding areas. This position will be working for a very well established building services company that have sites throughout the South West and South Wales. The right person for this position will have a strong commercial building services maintenance background.
The candidate must have:
- A strong background in commercial building service maintenance
- Experience working on sites that include offices, schools, etc.
- A full UK driving licence
- Level 3 electrical qualification
- 17th or 18th Edition (AM2 would be a bonus)
- A strong background in compliance maintenance
- Good team player
- Willingness to join the on call rota
Package includes:
- Good basic salary
- Travel time
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 6 monthly bonus
