The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Studio Co-ordinator / Marketing Assistant to sit at the heart of our operations. This is a dual-focus role across both our studio space and our production agency. We are looking for a proactive individual who lives within 5 miles of the studio. As a key holder in a startup environment, you are the face of the studio; we need someone who can reliably reach us even when London transport falters, ensuring our clients’ productions always start on time.

Main Responsibilities

  • Studio Co-ordination & Operations
    • Booking Management: Lead the end-to-end studio booking process, from initial inquiry to "wrap."
    • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional hospitality and technical reassurance to visiting crews.
    • Facilities Management: Maintain studio and equipment processes, ensuring the space is "shoot-ready" at all times and managing relationships with external suppliers/kit hire houses.
    • On-Site Support: Occasionally assist with basic studio resets or gear movements to support incoming productions.
  • Marketing & Growth (Both Companies)
    • Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute cold outreach (Email/LinkedIn) to producers and brands to drive new studio bookings and agency inquiries.
    • Content Creation: Manage social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) for both brands, creating "Behind the Scenes" reels and showcase content.
    • Digital Communication: Write and distribute the monthly newsletter and occasional blog posts highlighting recent projects and studio news.
    • CRM & Sales Support: Maintain our client database, ensuring all leads are followed up—your diligence here directly impacts your monthly bonus.
    • Event Planning: Help organise studio "Open Days," industry mixers, or workshops to build the local creative community.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Location: Strictly local to Tooting/Mitcham (within 5 miles of CR4 2JX).
  • Experience: Previous experience in film production or studio environments is essential. You should know your way around a call sheet and understand basic technical details.
  • Skills:
    • Social Media Savvy: Ability to use Adobe Express to make high-quality social content.
    • Copywriting: Strong written English for professional emails and engaging newsletters.
    • Sales Mindset: You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone to follow up on a lead or pitch our space to a new agency.
  • Attributes: Proactive, "can-do" attitude, and the grit required to thrive in a fast-paced startup.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive Pay: £28,000 base salary.
  • Performance Bonus: Monthly sales-related bonus with the potential to reach £13,000 per annum based on studio bookings and lead conversion.
  • Health & Wellness: Unlimited membership to a local boutique Fitness Studio.
  • Generous Leave: 28 days (including bank holidays), plus an additional 1 day of leave for every year of employment.
  • Impact: The opportunity to be a foundational member of a growing, award-winning creative team.
