Toot Hill School is seeking a Personal Development and Behaviour Lead (non-teaching) to join its Attitude to Learning and pastoral teams on a term-time basis.
The post holder will manage behaviour, welfare and academic progress, working with students, families and staff to remove barriers to learning and encourage positive attitudes to learning.
This is a full-time role (37 hours), fixed term until 23 July 2027, with Scale 5, Point 12 (Β£28,598 pro-rata, Β£24,555 actual per year).
