Description
As a Pizza Cook, your main focus is to prepare and create delicious, high-quality food that follows the Tooth Company's recipes and accommodates customer preferences.
You will work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams to ensure our guests have a fantastic dining experience.
Pizza Cooks must maintain a clean work environment and follow company hygiene and dress code policies to ensure food safety.

Evening and weekend availability is a must. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Essential Functions
Duties & Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
- Extensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- Read printed tickets carefully with attention to detail
- Accurately produce orders following recipe guidelines and ticket specifications
- Monitor temperature and cooking times while taking personal pride in every item delivered for service
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Proper handling and rotation of food according to food service codes
- Promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a Manager
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all staff in the restaurant
- Complete all opening, closing, and side duties
- Assist with dishwashing and other cleaning tasks as needed
- Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect
Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card (or willing to obtain one).
Experience is preferred; however, this is a teaching kitchen, and we are willing to take on the right candidate with a positive attitude in place of experience.
