The Eye Tooth is hiring Bartenders with open availability (days, nights, weekends)! We are now open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week and gearing up for our second summer. Come join the fun!
Essential Functions Duties & Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Extensive knowledge of the food, drink, and specials menus
- Accurately take, ring in, and serve orders to the customers’ specifications
- Able to use the POS systems with efficiency
- Monitor guests throughout their visit, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services
- Conduct all monetary transactions with attention to detail
- Handle, store, date, and rotate all products properly
- Promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a manager
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all persons in the restaurant
- Complete all opening, closing, and side duties
- Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a current TAPS Card and Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card.
- Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred but not required.

- Lift and carry 30+ lbs
- Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina

- Work in close proximity to coworkers in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverage terminology
