Since 2014, RATP Dev has developed tourist services with hop-on hop-off double-decker buses in several attractive cities worldwide. All tourist activities are part of a dedicated Business Unit that operates mainly through four subsidiaries in Paris, London, Windsor, Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, and Brussels under a common brand: Tootbus.
Tootbus Brussels offers tourists the chance to admire the iconic sites and monuments of Brussels through hop-on hop-off routes and themed tours aboard a fleet of double-decker buses. With the launch of our new brand in June 2021, we position ourselves as a partner in tourism in Brussels and a major player in customer experience in our market.
To strengthen our teams, we are looking for student sales representatives to work at various sites in Brussels. As ambassadors of our brand, you will welcome and assist customers while marketing our service offerings in a dynamic 'sales-advisory' approach. Through active listening (understanding, reformulation), you will propose targeted service offerings in response to our clients' expectations and argue to close the sale. By contributing to a warm and proactive on-site welcome, you play a key role in the 'customer enchantment' process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information to customers about all our products in multiple languages
- Sell tickets to customers to increase on-site revenue
- Distribute leaflets at strategic points coordinated by managers
- Actively participate in the 'customer enchantment' process
- Manage mobile sales points
- Analyse competition in coordination with managers
- Handle first-level disputes
- Support local B2B initiatives
- Assist during private events
- Mandatory attendance at two weekly debriefs to jointly organise the ongoing sales strategy and customer experience
