Toot Hill School is seeking a Personal Development and Behaviour Lead (non-teaching) to join our Attitude to Learning and Pastoral teams.
The role focuses on managing behaviour, welfare and academic achievement of students, with term-time duties and a fixed-term until 23 July 2027.
You will work closely with students, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning, deliver mentoring, support attendance and help embed high standards and the 'Toot Hill Way' across the school.
