Toot Hill School is seeking a Personal Development and Behaviour Lead (non-teaching) to join our Attitude to Learning and Pastoral Teams.

This full-time, term-time only role is fixed until 23 July 2027 and carries a Scale 5 Point 12 salary (£28,598 pro-rata, £24,555 actual per year).

The successful candidate will manage behaviour, welfare and academic progress, work with students, parents and staff, and play a key part in promoting high standards and a supportive learning environment.
