Toorak Ltd is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operative with ideally 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse or production environments. This role offers excellent training, development and career progression for someone who already has some practical experience and is ready to take the nextstep.

  • Carry out warehouse duties including stock control, order picking, packing and dispatch
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment with guidance
  • Assist with cutting, welding, packaging and liaising with stitchers
  • Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain health and safety compliance

About You:

  • Ideally 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing roles
  • Confident handling stock and using basic equipment
  • Reliable, hardworking and focused on accuracy
  • Willing to learn advanced skills such as reading design drawings and following stitching plans
  • A proactive team player with good communication skills
