Toomey Motor Group is looking for an organised, motivated and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator. No previous automotive or warranty experience is required. We are far more interested in finding the right person – someone who is organised, accurate, willing to learn and takes pride in getting things right. Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within the motor industry.
As part of our Warranty Team, you will help ensure warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently, working closely with our Service Departments and vehicle manufacturers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and submitting manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within required timescales
- Working closely with our Service Managers, Advisors and Technicians to ensure the correct information is available for each claim
- Checking warranty documentation to ensure it meets manufacturer requirements
- Monitoring claims through to payment
- Reviewing and resolving returned or rejected warranty claims
- Reconciling manufacturer warranty payments and highlighting any discrepancies
- Following manufacturer processes, policies and procedures
- Helping our dealerships achieve consistently high standards of warranty administration
- Building strong working relationships with teams across Toomey Motor Group
