The position covers a range of brands including Vauxhall, Renault & Dacia, Nissan, Citroen, Peugeot, MG, Hyundai, Omoda & Jaecoo Chery.</p> <h2>Salary & Compensation</h2> <p>Salary £30,000.00 - £60,000.00 OTE uncapped.
The financial package comprises employee benefits and discount scheme, 23 days holiday.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships.</li> <li>Achieve sales targets within the automotive sales team.</li> <li>Participate in comprehensive training programme.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications & Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year experience required.</li> <li>Confident, excellent communicator, ambitious, well-presented.</li> <li>Strong “can do” and flexible attitude.</li> <li>Strong customer-focused background.</li> <li>Full clean manual UK driving licence.</li> <li>Self‑motivated with a desire to advance career within the motor trade.</li> </ul> <h2>Hours & Working Pattern</h2> <ul> <li>Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.</li> <li>Saturday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.</li> <li>Alternate Sundays 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.</li> <li>One weekday off per week agreed with line manager.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <p>Comprehensive training programme, employee benefits and discount scheme, and 23 days holiday.</p></div> #J-18808-Ljbffr
