Toomey Motor Group is looking for a new member of our sales team, required for our Basildon and Southend sites. The position covers a range of brands including Vauxhall, Renault & Dacia, Nissan, Citroen, Peugeot, MG, Hyundai, Omoda & Jaecoo Chery.
Salary & Compensation: £30,000.00 - £60,000.00 OTE uncapped. The financial package comprises employee benefits and discount scheme, 23 days holiday.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets within the automotive sales team.
- Participate in comprehensive training programme.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience required.
- Confident, excellent communicator, ambitious, well-presented.
- Strong “can do” and flexible attitude.
- Strong customer-focused background.
- Full clean manual UK driving licence.
- Self‑motivated with a desire to advance career within the motor trade.
Hours & Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. Saturday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. Alternate Sundays 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. One weekday off per week agreed with line manager.
