Job Overview
We are recruiting an experienced, self‑motivated individual to join our automotive Sales Management team as an Assistant Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Sales of vehicles, accompanied by substantial financial rewards
- Sales of service plans and monitoring all sales using KPIs
- Maintenance and update of a diary system, ensuring all information is correct
- Coordination with the Service Department to fulfil customer requirements
- Conducting test drives
- Periodic hosting of off‑site events
- Monitoring sales commitment and driving sales forward
- Analysing sales data
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience
- Confident, excellent communicator, ambitious, and well‑presented
- Recent experience in vehicle or retail sales
- Strong can‑do and flexible attitude
- Strong customer‑focused background
- Capable of delivering exceptional customer service consistently
- Driving licence: Full clean manual UK licence held for at least one year, with no points
Compensation & Benefits
Basic salary of £25,000 – £50,000 depending on experience, plus commission pay and performance bonus. Other benefits include on‑site parking, Perkbox, company pension, and 23 days holiday.
Hours
5‑day weeks – Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Alternate Sundays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, One weekday off per week agreed between you and your line manager.
Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent
