Job Overview

We are recruiting an experienced, self‑motivated individual to join our automotive Sales Management team as an Assistant Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Sales of vehicles, accompanied by substantial financial rewards
  • Sales of service plans and monitoring all sales using KPIs
  • Maintenance and update of a diary system, ensuring all information is correct
  • Coordination with the Service Department to fulfil customer requirements
  • Conducting test drives
  • Periodic hosting of off‑site events
  • Monitoring sales commitment and driving sales forward
  • Analysing sales data

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience
  • Confident, excellent communicator, ambitious, and well‑presented
  • Recent experience in vehicle or retail sales
  • Strong can‑do and flexible attitude
  • Strong customer‑focused background
  • Capable of delivering exceptional customer service consistently
  • Driving licence: Full clean manual UK licence held for at least one year, with no points

Compensation & Benefits

Basic salary of £25,000 – £50,000 depending on experience, plus commission pay and performance bonus. Other benefits include on‑site parking, Perkbox, company pension, and 23 days holiday.

Hours

5‑day weeks – Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Alternate Sundays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, One weekday off per week agreed between you and your line manager.

Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent
