Summary

We are recruiting for multiple positions to form the founding team at our brand-new Omoda & Jaecoo dealership. If you have automotive industry experience, a passion for customer service, and are ready for a new and exciting challenge, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities (for Sales Roles)

• Welcome customers and guide them in choosing the right vehicle for their lifestyle.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and deliver engaging demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Manage the full sales process—from initial enquiry through to handover.
• Stay informed on current stock, brand updates, and promotional offers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver every interaction with professionalism, enthusiasm, and the Toomey standard of service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in automotive or retail sales preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Team player with a positive, proactive approach.
• Knowledge of vehicle features, technology, and finance options is an advantage.
• Full UK driving licence required.
