Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Admin & Reporting: Processing deposits, assisting with the preparation of VAT reports, and managing "Estimated & Actuals" tracking.
  • Operational Logging: Handling trade administration, managing C&D processes, and accurately "X’ing off" completed tasks and stock.
  • System Updates: Utilizing the Premia Solutions platform and regularly updating vehicle/system mileages.
  • General Administration: Maintaining an organized digital and physical filing system to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
