20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Please note that we are unable to consider your application if you are already, or plan to be in Government funded study. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
As a Store Apprentice, you'll earn while you learn, gaining hands‑on experience in key areas such as customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, business operations and safety procedures.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
- Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves and assist with warehouse tasks – be prepared to roll up your sleeves! There’s a real family feel and we all pitch in as part of a close‑knit team, with support from those around you.
- Keep things running smoothly: Maintain a clean and well‑organised store, ensuring everything is ready for customers and safe for colleagues.
- Learn while working: Set aside time each week to complete coursework, supported by the Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach.
- A positive attitude: Warm, friendly approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
