What you’ll do:

  • Store Manager Designate in Glasgow, 40 hours a week.
  • Delivering an outstanding customer proposition.
  • Manage the Branch while serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves.
  • Support our 5 stores in Glasgow with the aim to move you to a permanent base store when available.

Day-to-day:

  • Deliver great service, ensuring your team provides a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
  • Muck in by helping the team get the job done, including checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
  • Inspire a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
  • Ensure your team gets the development they need, supporting future business growth and succession.
  • Lead from the front, coaching, motivating and engaging your team to create a great place to work.
  • Maintain great product availability and high branch standards.
