Store Manager Designate in South London covering stores from Putney to Battersea. 40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver great service. Ensuring your team provides a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
- Mucking in. Helping the team get the job done. Checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
- Inspiring. Encouraging a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition. Asking questions and building relationships. Making sure your team gets the development they need, supporting future business growth and succession.
- Leading. From the front, coaching, motivating and engaging your team and creating a great place to work where engagement is key. Building a fun working environment. Maintaining our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
