The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM; you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Store Manager – Sevenoaks

Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will manage the branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.

The role can be hot in summer and cold in winter.

  • Day‑to‑day responsibilities
  • Deliver great service: ensure the team gives a great customer experience and drives sales through service.
  • Muck in: help the team get the job done by checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning and putting orders together.
  • Inspire: encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
  • Ask questions and build relationships: support the team’s development, drive future business growth and succession, and ensure customers leave with everything they need.
  • Lead: coach, motivate and engage the team, creating a great place to work where engagement is key.
  • Build a fun working environment: maintain high product availability and branch standards while ensuring the branch is a place everyone loves to work.
  • Show knowledge: take pride in a track record of developing high‑performing and engaged retail teams.
