This job is for a Store Manager in Dudley, working 40 hours per week at Toolstation. We are interested in developing your talents so you can grow with our business and become one of our future leaders.
What you’ll do:
- Delivering an outstanding customer proposition.
- Managing the branch, serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves.
- Leading and motivating a team to achieve great results.
Day-to-day:
- Delivering great service and ensuring your team provides excellent customer experiences and drives sales through service.
- Assisting with deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning, and preparing orders.
- Building a positive team culture through feedback, praise, and recognition.
- Coaching, motivating, and engaging your team to create a great workplace.
- Maintaining high standards and product availability while ensuring the branch is a great place to work.
