This job is for a Store Manager in Kendal, working 40 hours per week at Toolstation. We are interested in developing your talents so you can grow with our business and become one of our leaders of tomorrow.
What you'll do:
- Deliver an outstanding customer proposition.
- Manage the Branch while serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves.
- Ensure your team provides a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
- Help the team get the job done by checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and putting orders together.
- Encourage a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
- Support your team's development to ensure they have what they need for future business growth and succession.
- Lead from the front, coaching, motivating, and engaging your team to create a great place to work.
- Maintain product availability and high branch standards.
