Store Assistant in Lincoln Bishops Road
20 hours per week
Weekend availability is essential
We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store.

Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

What you\’ll do

  • Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, and be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
  • Be prepared to roll up your sleeves in varying conditions; it can get hot in summer and chilly in winter.
  • No retail experience? No problem — all we ask is commitment to delivering excellent service, and we’ll teach you everything else.
  • Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders. Hard work and a positive attitude are valued over experience.
  • Provide outstanding service by engaging with customers and staying efficient during busy times.
  • Ask the right questions to understand customers\’ projects and help them find everything they need.
  • Be proactive: promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and sign customers up to enjoy great deals and competitive prices.
