Location: Pontefract. You must live locally and commute easily to the store. Our store is open 7 AM to 8 PM, so early starts and late finishes are required.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Get stuck in: Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders. Hard work and a positive attitude are more important than experience.
  • Provide outstanding service: Offer a great experience whether chatting with customers or staying efficient during busy times.
  • Ask the right questions: Show genuine interest in customers' projects to help them find everything they need.
  • Be proactive: Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up for great deals and competitive prices.
  • Maintain a warm, friendly personality: Help keep store standards high and create a welcoming workplace.
  • Reliability: Be there when needed. Flexibility, commitment, and team support are key.
