Overview
Store Assistant in Norwich Heigham • 16 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities
- You\’ll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, but you\’ll also be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders. Hard work and a positive attitude are more important than experience.
- Provide outstanding service: Whether you\’re chatting with customers or staying efficient during busy times, you\’ll always offer a great experience.
- Ask the right questions: Show genuine interest in customers\’ projects so you can help them find everything they need to get the job done right.
- Be Proactive: you\’ll be expected to sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to experience great deals and competitive prices.
