What you'll do:
- Delivering an outstanding customer proposition.
- Manage the Branch while serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves.
- Deliver great service and ensure your team provides a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
- Muck in and help the team get the job done, including checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and putting orders together.
- Inspire and encourage a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
- Build relationships and ensure your team gets the development they need, supporting future business growth and succession.
- Lead from the front, coaching, motivating, and engaging your team to create a great place where engagement is key.
- Maintain great product availability and high branch standards, ensuring that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
