As a retail supervisor, you will:
- Serve customers and support the Store Manager.
- Check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.
- Stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
- Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
- Provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face and coach the team to do the same.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure they leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
- Maintain great product availability and high branch standards while creating a fun working environment.
