What you'll do:

  • Delivering an outstanding customer proposition.
  • Manage the Branch while serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves.
  • Deliver great service: Ensuring your team provide a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
  • Mucking in: Helping the team get the job done, including checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
  • Inspiring: Encouraging a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
  • Building relationships: Making sure your team get the development they need, supporting future business growth and succession.
  • Leading: From the front, coaching, motivating and engaging your team creating a great place to work where engagement is key.
  • Building a fun working environment: Maintaining great product availability and high branch standards.
