Toolstation is seeking a highly accomplished People Partner for a 12-month maternity cover. Hybrid working with regular travel to Middleton, Northampton and Redditch; ideally based close to Northampton. Start date: 1 January 2027.
You will partner with the Leadership Team to align local site strategy with broader business initiatives, drive leadership development and succession planning, and act as a change agent to embed new technologies and ways of working.
