Store Assistant – Nuneaton Bermuda Park
15 hours per week.
We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store.
Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
At Toolstation, we focus on growth. Many of our managers started as Store Assistants and now oversee operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as a friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Maintain high store standards and create a workplace everyone enjoys.
- Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
- Ask the right questions to understand customers' projects and help them find the right tools.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude during busy times.
- Be proactive, reliable, and flexible to support customers and the team.
Qualifications
No retail experience required. Commitment to excellent service and a willingness to learn are essential.
