40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales through impeccable service.
  • Help the team get the job done: check and unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
  • Inspire and motivate the team, encouraging a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
  • Build relationships and support team development to facilitate future business growth and succession planning.
  • Lead from the front: coach, motivate and engage your team to create a great place to work where engagement is key.
  • Maintain high branch standards and product availability, keeping the branch a place everyone loves to work at.
