What you’ll do
- Hybrid working with regular travel to our offices in either Bridgwater or Northampton.
- You’ll take the lead in delivering insight-driven CRM campaigns across Email, Push Notifications and Direct Mail, bringing the trading plan to life and driving measurable results.
- Working closely with the Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you’ll own campaigns end-to-end - planning, executing and continuously optimising to improve performance.
- You’ll dig into the "why" behind campaign results, using data to refine segmentation, targeting and personalisation, and uncover new opportunities to boost engagement and conversion.
- With a strong test-and-learn mindset, you’ll run A/B testing and optimise the customer journey to keep improving outcomes.
- As a super user of platforms like Bloomreach and Ecrebo, you’ll drive innovation and efficiency, while working cross-functionally to ensure CRM activity is aligned and consistent across all channels.
- You’ll also step in as a deputy when needed and support the development of junior team members.
What you’ll bring
- You’ll bring solid experience delivering CRM campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insight.
- You’re comfortable using testing and optimisation to improve performance, and have experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Bloomreach a bonus but not essential).
- You’re a confident communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders when needed.
- Proactive and adaptable, you take ownership, solve problems thoughtfully and make well-reasoned decisions that keep campaigns moving and delivering results.
